Consultation: If a consultation is indicated by our telephone (or email) conversation, I will provide it at no initial charge. This will allow us to explore how the work could benefit you and see if there is a good fit between us. If we continue to work together this will have been the first session and will be charged according to the arrangements we make at that time.

Scheduling: Patients are usually scheduled for regular time slots 1, 2 or 3 times weekly. Regularity is very important in this work. These appointments and my time are reserved for the patient. If it becomes impossible for the patient to attend a session, and there is at least 24 hours of notice, every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment. If it is not possible to reschedule it, the session will be charged. At such time that I am unable to provide a session and on holidays and vacations there will be no fee charged. The patient will also have the option of planning a two-week vacation during which time there will be no charge. Occasional leaves of absence can be arranged on an as-needed basis.

Fees: are individually arranged. Please feel free to contact me to discuss my fee schedule. Most third party insurers will reimburse for my services. I can provide detailed statements and help you collect insurance claims. Payments are expected on a regular basis, usually monthly, though some prefer to pay weekly. Checks and cash are accepted for payment. Irregularities in payment will be addressed within the session. Should special circumstances arise, we can work together to find a solution.
